If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns and exchanges are accepted on items that have not been worn or altered and with all tags attached.
No returns are accepted without our return authorization number. Return authorization must be requested and claims must be filed within 7 days of the invoice date. All returns must be received within 14 days of invoice date or claims will be cancelled.
No returns accepted on sale items or merchandise not in original condition.
All items are sold at wholesale prices. Therefore, returns are only accepted for items which contain manufacture flaws or damages.
A 20% restocking fee will be added to all shipments returned by shipping agent, which are refused or unclaimed.
WASHED, DECORATED OR ALTERED MERCHANDISE IS NOT RETURNABLE!
